The Venue at Twelve Oaks embodies rustic, industrial elegance.  It is a newly built 5000 square foot facility specifically designed for weddings and special events.  Our grand hall measures 3750 square feet and is equipped with heat and air conditioning.  A photographer's dream - with a 20 foot industrial ceiling, 10 foot whitewashed shiplap walls, ambient and accent lighting, in addition to stunning views to the outdoors - Twelve Oaks is picture perfect. 

 

Our venue holds a breathtaking bridal suite with a private bathroom and separate groom's lounge.  The spacious kitchen comes equipped with 2 refrigerators, ice machine, stove, microwave, double sink, and 4’ x 12’ center island with ample storage for vendor use or supplies below.  Multiple men's and women's restrooms adjoin the grand hall.

Available outdoors is a large wood smoker with BBQ grill for use with rentals.

Positioning in lush, rolling hills with beautiful oak trees and scenery sets the stage for any wedding or outdoor event.

In conjunction with The Picket Fence in Hope, we are able to provide as little or as much help as you need for your event – from your basic venue rental to full-service including wedding flowers & decorations, centerpieces, cakes & light catering, to tuxedo rentals

Rental fees include tables and chairs for up to 150 guests.  Tablecloths are not included in the rental fee but are available to rent on site.
